Thank you for the response. I will contact them, but I tried to submit it directly through but I don't know where to find it. I got to my main page where it says "CLICK HERE WHEN FINISHED" and "MULTIWAGON'S REVIEWS" I dragged my clip to that page and then I hot back and clicked in the link and now I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

Is the item called atewafe? It's still checked out, but I can check it back in for you if you'd like. Otherwise, use this URL to access it again:

http://www.archive.org/checkout/atewafe

This will give you the checkout page with the FTP information you'll need to connect to your item's files. This page also has a link on it that you can use to check your item back in.

This one is still in the upload process, so you need to go to this URL and pick a mediatype/collection and then enter metadata (like title, description):
http://www.archive.org/details/Multiwagon

The other items I see are these, but they don't have any files in them:

http://www.archive.org/details/Multiwagonvids
http://www.archive.org/details/Locked_In
http://www.archive.org/details/MDJ_Studios

I have gone through the details process like three times with each of those profiles, which I kept making because I didn't know where to find the files, so what do I need to do to be able to access the file after I fill in the details.

The logs for your items show that there were no files uploaded. This error usually happens when you FTP your files to the wrong place. They'll only show up if you FTP them to the item's specific directory - if you FTP them anywhere else, they automatically get removed from the system.

So, when you get to the checkout page, there's a link (if you're using Internet Explorer on a PC) that you can click. It opens a new window. You drag your files into that window, and then double click the "Click here when done" icon. If the icon's not there, you're probably in the wrong place.

If you're not using Internet Explorer on a PC, then it's slightly more complicated. On the checkout page, below the IE section, is the FTP section. Copy the server address and paste it into your FTP client (I use SmartFTP, but there are other good ones out there). Use your archive email address and password to connect. Make sure your item's folder is showing in the FTP client. If it's not, then you're in the wrong place. Upload your file into your item's folder. Return to the checkout page and click the checkin link near the bottom of the FTP section.
